Xray test last execution status in a particular test plan

Hello,

I am trying to calculate the xray test last execution status in a particular test plan (filtered by the page )
I need his status and his date

The report should look like this
row = xray test
pages = xray test plan
column1 = last run status execution of the test in the test plan filtered using the pages
column2=Date of the last run of the test in the test plan filtered using the pages
