Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to allow portal only customers to export a report that we have allowed them to view through the customer portal.
Yes, currently, eazyBI does not allow portal-only customers to export reports. However, we have heard this request from other customers as well and have added this feature for future consideration!

How are things progressing? It has been about a year now, and still no option to export the data. This is becoming a real limitation for us, and I’m honestly questioning the value of our EazyBI implementation without this functionality.

Thank you for upvoting this feature. Your feedback and use case have been added to the feature request regarding the ability to export PDFs from the JSM portal, which will help prioritize development. Currently, I don’t have a specific timeline I can share.
