When doing sprint metrics, are the actual start and end used as opposed to the planned start and end? If not, how can we report metrics on a sprint actual start and actual end?
We are using version 5.3.2 but will be migrating to cloud in the next 60 days.
Yes, eazyBI would import few Sprint-related dates automatically, but that would require the most recent eazyBI version. It looks like you have 5.3.2 where not all of these pre-defined measures are available.

You can upgrade now or wait for the migration to Cloud. eazyBI cloud customers always have the most recent version.
