Average resolution workdays for 9-5 calendar

Hi,

I’m attempting to create a report which displays the average resolution workdays for my Jira team. The inbuilt average resolution workdays measure appears to work on a 24 hour calendar, but my team is using a 9-5 calendar for Monday-Friday. Is it possible to adjust/recreate the measure to only count time between 9-5?

Adjust calculation formula given by Daina for 8 hours instead of 9 and 9-17 instead 9-18 (there are comments in the formula which parameters mean the number of hours and which - working hours)

Thanks for getting back to me. It took me a while to figure out that I needed to set formatting to decimal on the measure, but once I did this worked perfectly!
