How can I remove issue key from summary in Row

Hi,

I need to remove issue key from summary when I show every issue as a row.

I have seen this topic, but I don’t know how to implement it or if there is any other solution.

Hi @dgodoy,

To show only issue summary without issue key, you can use a built-in option Display name.
Click on any issue name in a row, select option Display name, and then option Without key (see picture below).

Note this option is available starting from eazyBI for Jira server version 4.5.0.

Hi,

After update eazyBI from v4.4.1 to v4.5.4, Import doesn’t works.

I have to cancel it.

Importing doesn’t print anything in log. In fact, the last log trace is about installation in eazybi-queues.log. In eazybi-web.log occurs the same situation.

What could be the problem?

Sorry to hear, Diego, that your data import is taking a long time.
However, this issue is not related to the topic of how to display issue summary in the reports.

From your screenshot, seems that data import is waiting in a queue because another data import is running for another account.
If you still have problems with data import, send description and a screenshot of current import status and log files to support@eazybi.com.
