It takes me couple days in canceling the improting batch job. How can I stop it?
One way how to fix stuck imports is to disable/re-enable eazyBI. It will force stop running jobs and fix statuses after eazyBI is enabled.
To see what caused the import to get stuck, please send eazyBI log files (Troubleshooting) to our support email firstname.lastname@example.org or upload them to eazyBI contact form.
