I read already a lot on the community regarding the custom-fiels and hierarchy. However when trying to apply this Official doc or this Community Advice I am still not able to get it working
How can I import the following structure (which is tailored for the company).

Your screenshot suggests that you are trying to reproduce the Advanced Roadmaps hierarchy in eazyBI. That should not require specific configuration; eazyBI provides a standard integration with Advanced Roadmaps and builds the hierarchy automatically. Please, check the documentation on how it works (there are differences between Cloud and Datacenter):
