New measure for SLA time to resolution breached but status still in progress

I’m using the standard SLA breached measures , but it return only breached tickets where the status category is done.
How can I define new measure of breached tickets include the ‘In Progress’ ones?


A likely reason why the SLA breach status is not imported into eazyBI is that the breach event in Jira does not automatically trigger the issue update. The incremental import of eazyBI does not import issues that have not been updated since the last data import. A full data re-import should update all the SLA statuses for all issues.

Another workaround is to use the Jira Automation rules that can trigger issue update once the SLA is breached. That will ensure that issue is re-imported with the next incremental data import.
