There are several ways how you can customize your charts to better convey information to the reader of the report. There is no option to make the values bold in bar graphs, but you may find that changing the Font size of the values improves readability.
If you would like to point out some specific data points in your report, you may find that Conditional cell formatting for Table reports offers a wide range of options to format your report.
