Scatter chart of time issues spent on a specific status in the workflow

Hi, good day!

I’m trying to build a scatterplot chart where I want each dot to represent how many days each ticket spent in a specific status in the workflow.

I already have the basic one working for cycle time, but we know we have a problem at one point of the flow and we want to start to analyze that. And I cannot figure out a way to plot the same graph but with a specific status, not just the lead time.

Hi,

The scatter chart requires two measures for showing the data in the chart.
There is an example report in our Demo account on how to scatter a measure by status:

Scatter plot of # of days in current status

I have 4 custom status groups and am trying to create a scatter plot of the statuses on the x-axis and the number of days in that status on the y-axis. I want it to look something along these lines [image] Any help on this would be appreciated.
