I have a similar example however I only need to the show the SLA Actual Value.
I tried using the Elapsed Hours and the Average Hours, the values in eazyBI don’t look the same as in Jira and I am not sure how did those values came about.

Found the cause for of the “discrepancy”, apparently I was misreading the SLA labels in Jira, what it shows is only how much time has passed after breached, and so I needed to add the amount of time before breached to get the actual total time. The answer was right in front of me all the time.
