Time calculation for dashboard

Hello dear community,

I am building a dashboard that shows me, based on priority levels, a column with the average time of the first response, another with the total time from opening to closing, another with the time without the waiting states of the flow (A specific measure?).

I see that I have several measures to use but I am not clear on which one best fits what I need, I have this down to the minute.

You can also check about issue cycles to calculate the average time for a specific cycle (crossing many statuses)

And this is about avareage resolution days (to calcuate the time from opening till resolution) for resolved issues.

You can calculate the results from days (or hours) into minutes when using new user-defined calcualted measures and apply the “duration” formatting for output to show results in “d, h, m” format.
