Time to resolution elapsed report we can generate in eazybi.
We would like to create a report
Actual Time to Resolution Time , Elapsed time and Remaining time (Actual Time resolution - Elapsed time)
Could you please help us to create a report.
Once you do that, you can create a custom calculation like this to show the remaining time till the SLA breach for issues without a completed SLA cycle:

IsEmpty([Measures].[Time to resolution Elapsed hours])
[Measures].[Time to resolution Goal created]
DateDiffHours([Measures].[Issue created date],Now()) --time since issue creation
