Time zone problems at dashs are bringing a difference of 3 hours with the original JIRA Ticket:

I have a dashs (attachment) that brings me the hours horizontally: from 0 to 23 and vertical the days of the week Date + Day, the HEAT MAP.
What happens is that this with a difference of 3 hours with the original ticket, with that I was punctuated by the company’s board, as we used the map to attack offensive alerts and make the average of falls per hour, to see the real need for hire someone for the schedule.

Aguem already been through this?
