Total ticket count is wrong

dont understand why the total of the tickets created differ even though each component has the same count. why is time to resolution & response stating 59 tickets but status of all ticket says 61

That is a typical behavior in eazyBI with “Total” row when using multi-value fields imported as dimensions. Note that component is a multi-value field and you can add more than 1 component to issue.

In this case, the doublecounting is at the total row from the issues which has more than 1 component in Jira.

Try exploring eazyBI distinct measures: “Issues created count” and “Issues resolved count” to count each issue just once in the Total row.
