Hi … looking to determine if it would be possible to report the number of issues an individual worked on within a date range (for example a given quarter). We do not have time tracking nor do we leverage sub-tasks in Jira. Tickets tend to be kept at Story level or Task level and passed on to the next resource who gets assigned. Is it possible to report on the transition to one individual to another. Thanks

If you want to see all issues assignees during some period, you can try using the measure “Issues history” together with the “Assignee” and “Time” dimensions.
